How do I return an item or entire order?

Step 3: Complete all three copies of the Return Estimated Invoice form. Place all copies in a clear envelope and tape it to the package without closing it. These documents are required by customs, so be sure to fill out all 3.

Step 4: Give the package to the courier. After the courier checks the returned goods, please close the package tightly.

Refund

In the event of a return, your refund will be credited to the original method of payment. In the event of a return, will not refund shipping costs.
